Michael James Magana

Mike is the bomb.com!! I had 2 cases, 1 felony and 1 misdemeanor. Mike was able to get me a pretty good deal. Although he was COURT APPOINTED he worked just as hard and diligently for me as if I hired him. He got my felony case down to a class c misdemeanor w/30 days deferred and my misdemeanor dismi...ssed. It took him a little bit of time but he came through for me just like he said he would. God is good and I am glad that I stuck with Mike. He is a great attorney and gets the job done!

i hired him and all he did was joke around and play like we were in High school. He offered to trade services for construction work on one of his rentals but i refused and just paid cash. His staff is a staff of idiots who could never answer my questions. When we finally went to court he needed 3 oth...ers to help him stumble through the proceedings. Needless to say I lost! What a joke he should be disbarred! A bumbling bafoon who is better off working at Wal Mart. I am surprised he ever was able to get a license to practice law, guess they will give one to anyone who applies.

I hired Michael to represent my fiance in a probation reinstatement case. Michael cashed my check the day they got it; he visited my fiance 1 time for ten minutes when he walked out of the room he stated 'im going to get you reinstated and on your way back home". Never did my fiance see him again unt...il a month later at court. During this month period whenever we would try to get an update on the case nothing; nobody would call back; and his office staff are idiots. When i asked for him to go see my fiance he didnt. My Fiance is now sitting 4 years in a state prison because Michael hadnt even talked to the DA to plead his case...the DA was aiming for 20 years...the judge decided 4! DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Mr. Magana is a great lawyer. He took care of everything for me. When I had to be in Austin for court he would drive me there to get everything we need to get done. i felt like i was number one priority. Mr. Magana was always by my side through all of this and I am very thankful for what he did for m...e throughout my case. Mr. Magana has great staff in his office and his assistance Tony Garcia was a big help if I had any question I would call and he would answer any of my question. So thank you Mr. Magana for everything.
