Michael James Magana

Michael Magana was hired by my family for my brother for a felony charge in which he was unlawfully accused of. It was a slam dunk on who really committed the crime. Witnesses went to Magana wanting to share their accounts of what had transpired. He wouldn’t return their phone calls and he wouldn’t c...onduct his own investigation. He cashed every single check that was ever written to him, almost immediately, but he didn’t or wouldn’t work for my brother. He joked all the time...street talk. My boys kinda talk, and that was annoying. We live in a different stage, and though we were paying him for my brother, he wouldn’t return phone calls or text messages. Magana convinces is that my brother should plead guilty, and lied to us on the benefits of doing so. That resulted in a seven year conviction. Magana is unprofessional, dishonest, and not a hard worker for his clients.

My opinion is that Michael is a wonderful lawyer. He absolutely gets the job done. My son had a bond of $250,00, and he had it reduced to $50,000, then bonded him out. I would recommend him to anyone that's been told "no" or "that there is nothing that could be done", because Mike can and will ge...t it done.

I have had four cases and each one Mike has taken care of for me. My most recent one, I had a $100,000 bond and I did nothing other than call Mike. He got it reduced to $25,000 and bonded me out himself. There isn't anyone else I would entrust with my life. If you need an attorney, you'd Better Call ...Mike!!! He

Mike is the bomb.com!! I had 2 cases, 1 felony and 1 misdemeanor. Mike was able to get me a pretty good deal. Although he was COURT APPOINTED he worked just as hard and diligently for me as if I hired him. He got my felony case down to a class c misdemeanor w/30 days deferred and my misdemeanor dismi...ssed. It took him a little bit of time but he came through for me just like he said he would. God is good and I am glad that I stuck with Mike. He is a great attorney and gets the job done!
