5 to 99 years that is what my family was facing. It is hard to put our gratitude in writing for what Mr Magana did for my husband. Mr. Magana not only accepted my husband as a client but was also considerate towards his client's family. Each and everytime we, my husband and I both, called or tex...t him he never failed to return the call in the sixteen months he fought for us in and out of court. We not only saw this passion during my husband's actual trial but in other clients' court hearing I was allowed to attend. Although the prosectors fought hard to convict an innocent man, my husband, Mr. Magana fought harder to prove his innocence. He did this not by coaching or rehearsing but by allowing witnesses to testify in their own words with what they can remember. I highly recommend Mr. Magana for his professionalism, his passion and his knowledge of the law. Most of all Mr. Magana's compassion for his client and the family during a difficult time. I had been referred to Mr. Magana by a friend and former client of his, and was facing a Class B misdemeanor. For an attorney with a large client base, he was always responsive, and eventually got my case deferred, dismissed, and disclosed. i hired him and all he did was joke around and play like we were in High school. He offered to trade services for construction work on one of his rentals but i refused and just paid cash. His staff is a staff of idiots who could never answer my questions. When we finally went to court he needed 3 oth...ers to help him stumble through the proceedings. Needless to say I lost! What a joke he should be disbarred! A bumbling bafoon who is better off working at Wal Mart. I am surprised he ever was able to get a license to practice law, guess they will give one to anyone who applies.

A few weekends ago I witnessed an accident in which fatalities occurred, but as a participant I was held just as liable as the involved parties, I was innocent observer. Regardless of the incident as a quasi participant, I was arrested and had a bond amount of $1,000,000. Mr. Magana, came and saw me ...in Bell County, on a Friday, had my bond reduced and out the following Monday.
