Great lawyer!
Mr. Libersky has represented me on more than one occasion. I have hired him to help me with custody issues more than once. He was hardworking and knowledgeable. He and his staff were caring and invested in helping me and my kids! I would highly recommend him!

Don't get swindled.
CPS unjustly removed my child. Lynn promised to work for me, and took a $2590 retainer. Lynn did absolutely nothing to prepare for the case. He went to court, reset the case and then said "my services exceed the amount you've paid me." He then filed criminal charges against me for asking for a refund...
