Fantastic Lawyer

Mr. Libersky and everyone in his office always took the time to answer my questions, no matter how many time I asked the question. They walked me through the entire process of my divorce, they were very professional, and the fees were reasonable.

INCREDIBLE!!!

I am a grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren, three of which I have been place with me in a CPS case. I have been fighting the system for two years now to gain sold custody of them so that they can move forward, be protected from their abusers and heal. However, there were interveners in the ca...se that prevented this from happening in a timely manner. After having to switch attorneys twice, I was referred to Mr. Libersky by a person whom witnessed him in court. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH WHAT A WONDERFUL DECISION THIS WAS!!! Mr. Libersky & his wife (paralegal) Nita...and also their office receptionist, Toni, have been on top of it since day 1. I have read the other reviews about Mr. Libersky online, and I can only tell you this, I am by not means a rich person that can afford a lawyer. He was very, very reasonable in his rates and never let how much money I make dictate whether or not I am "worthy" of his time. My case became very, very complicated and Mr. Libersky was very observant. He remembers everything off the fly, no bullet-pointed notes needed and he was VERY firm in court. He was able to uncover distorted versions of our case and present minimal facts supported by law. And most importantly, he held his ground in our hearing regardless of the danger it posed in the court officials becoming coarse with him. Our case is not over yet, but just when I thought all was lost, bringing Mr. Libersky into our case has given us our first huge victory in protecting my Grandchildren! If you are looking to hire an attorney, his courtroom performance and ability to uncover facts that inappropriately biased parties CHOSE to overlook is STELLAR!!!

You want him on your side of the courtroom!!

Lynn represented my divorce, later custody case all the way through a jury trial and several court visits after. He was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The court system can really be unfair to men/fathers but Lynn was very successful in every court setting. We won the jury trial by ...a land slide, a task that just did not seem possible. The office staff treat you like family! I have to personally give a shout out to Nita. She was amazing with my kids throughout all of the court situations. It is always pleasant to call or stop by the office. Although sometimes the news Lynn delivered was not always what I wanted to hear, he was honest, took all of my concerns and requests to heart and delivered on everything he said he would. The long drawn out divorce and lengthy jury trial were expensive and the whole staff worked with me on payments that were within my limited budget. I interviewed many lawyers and Lynn was the only one that did not make me feel like another number/case he was representing. It is hard to go through the turmoil's of life like divorce and child custody. Emotions are high and usually get in the way of sound judgements. Lynn was very good at helping me through the tough spots and understanding the greater good rather than the emotional outburst of desired satisfaction. There have been a couple of bad reviews on here about Lynn. My response is that if you listen to him as much as he listens to you, you will achieve success. I am living proof that even faced with the toughest, most un-winnable cases he will succeed on your behalf! I can't say enough.... this is the guy you want on your side of the courtroom.

Typical Attorney - Takes Money and Under Delivers!

Buyer Beware! Be mindful in getting what you pay for, because you will surely pay for what you get! Lynn Libersky was sub par at best. The communication from he and his office lacks a lot to be desired. I was rushed in decision making. I felt pressured in paying in full or risk my case being put off.... I waited way beyond the standard time for decree to be delivered and after it was delivered (already signed by judge) IT WAS WRONG! After bringing this to his attention, he simply laughed and joked. This is the same attorney who was in a mad rush to get to lunch that he was basically suggesting I take an offer. He didn't hesitate to let me know that if a deal wasn't reached, he would be charging more. After the hearing, I waited OVER 90 days to receive my decree to which it was wrong as well. However, when I reached out to him about it, he found humor in my situation and made light of in jest. Normally I don't write bad reviews, but this is and was a serious issue. I didn't feel I was taken seriously during the entire process. In fact, looking back on the entire process, it felt like it was more cookie - cutter than anything. I also noticed and found out that the more questions I asked regarding my case, the more I was put off and basically told and expected to just "accept" what was before me. Bottom line - Lynn Libersky came highly recommended. I therefore put my trust (and money) in to him and his firm and was VERY disappointed. Keep looking and searching - you can definitely find better for the price as well as a bit more personal touch as it pertains to your situation. Buyer Beware!

Don't get swindled.

CPS unjustly removed my child. Lynn promised to work for me, and took a $2590 retainer. Lynn did absolutely nothing to prepare for the case. He went to court, reset the case and then said "my services exceed the amount you've paid me." He then filed criminal charges against me for asking for a refund.... Watch out for this guy. Anyone who swindles money from people who are trying protect their children doesn't deserve to practice law. Don't become a victim of this wolf in sheep's clothing.
