I am a grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren, three of which I have been place with me in a CPS case. I have been fighting the system for two years now to gain sold custody of them so that they can move forward, be protected from their abusers and heal. However, there were interveners in the ca...se that prevented this from happening in a timely manner. My case became very, very complicated and Mr. Libersky was very observant. He remembers everything off the fly, no bullet-pointed notes needed and he was VERY firm in court. He was able to uncover distorted versions of our case and present minimal facts supported by law. And most importantly, he held his ground in our hearing regardless of the danger it posed in the court officials becoming coarse with him. Our case is not over yet, but just when I thought all was lost, bringing Mr. Libersky into our case has given us our first huge victory in protecting my Grandchildren! If you are looking to hire an attorney, his courtroom performance and ability to uncover facts that inappropriately biased parties CHOSE to overlook is STELLAR!!!
