We made the mistake of hiring the wrong lawyer first, then we went to Stacy. We have come to realize that a lot of people make the wrong choice the first time, because bad lawyers can give good consultations. Save yourself the trouble, and hire Stacy right away. She represented us in a custody battle... to get primary of my step son so she knows how to fight for father's rights and will do so passionately. After about a year of battles, we won. You won't find someone more knowledgeable about family law. She outshines every other lawyer we have come in contact with in person and especially in the court room. She is a straight shooter. She will give you the honest facts of your case and what your options are. Honestly, she will exceed your expectations. We couldn't have chosen better.

I hired a lawyer to get custody of my daughters and he forgot to attach an affidavit to my request to modify. My case got thrown out for being defective and my daughters were left in a very dangerous situation. I was in a total panic when I called Mrs. Kosub. She listened to my problem and figured... out that I could file a divorce in my county and have the custody case transferred there. So, I ended up getting a second bite at the apple. We filed everything we needed, got the custody case transferred to my county and I won custody of my girls. I truly believe Mrs. Kosub saved my girls. They are finally out of a really bad situation and safe with me. I will always be grateful that she knew just how to fix my case and that she worked so hard to get me back in court. I think that most people want a lawyer who is going to fight for them and treat their case like it matters. I really feel like I got the best of both worlds, a lawyer who is tough and a lawyer who really cared.

Mrs. Kosub had helped me on a few different cases: custody, name change, and what turned out to be, a false criminal case. Each and every one she made herself available and did everything to keep my mind at ease. Any questions I had, she answered thoroughly, and in depth with no exhaustion of all the... questions I had!
