Biography
Dustin Nimz was born and raised in Wichita Falls, graduating from Rider High School in 2000. He completed his B.A. in Political Science with honors from Midwestern State University in 2002 and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007.
Dustin has been defending the people of Wichita County from criminal accusations since moving back in June 2008. During that time he has represented hundreds of clients, received acquittals in multiple cases, won an appeal in front of the 2nd Court of Appeals in Fort Worth, Texas, and has been published in the June 2010 edition of Voice for the Defense.
Dustin established his own firm in 2011 and accepts cases in criminal law and family law as well as all civil cases including wills and estate planning, real estate, and claims for injury and loss. Contact us today for a free consultation.
