Can an HOA foreclose after Chapter 13 bankruptcy if the new debt occurs after filing and they are not included as a creditor?

I'm assuming the Chapter 13 bankruptcy is active (not dismissed). If so, it sounds like the debtor or their attorney did a poor job of noticing...

Most taxes can be wiped out in a bankruptcy. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but perhaps in a few months or a few years.
