Todd A. Durden

Todd will waste time to make money! Please find yourself a different lawyer, he will talk about his kids and personal life while you paying him, to hire him i goggle for great lawyers and find good reviews about him, maybe thats back in time when he really cared about his career and his clients,... i think Todd is ready to retired and don't give two craps anymore. I wouldn't recommend his services, if you don't believe hire him and see him drain your wallet.... because its insane how quickly your savings get drained WITHOUT results.

His resume speaks for it's self.I have 2 very serious legal charges.1) Simple assualt, 2) Interfering with a 911 call. I had never been charged with anything in my life. I had feared the worst. But after sharing what had happen with Mr.Durden, he reassured me that he would take care of these matters... in a most professional way. I could now sleep at night .In a matter of months all charges were drop and I recovered my bond as well. I and my wife could not be any more pleased with the outcome. His communication skills,knowledge of the law and his efficiency in how he handled these charges with both the city and county district attorneys office's impressed me most highly.His staff is highly trained and always kept me inform of all matters during this process. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone without reservation,at all. My hat is off to this entire legal staff at his law firm .I can not ever repay what he has done for me.I again Thank-you Mr. Durden for helping with this legal matter.

Todd Durden is without a shadow of a doubt the absolute worst lawyer I could have ever chosen. I basically paid him to represent my husband because that is exactly what he did after meeting him. My husband, husband's lawyer, and Mr. Durden all became buddies and you would have never guessed he was ac...tually paid to represent me! He actually told me I was going to screw my child up and didn't go after a single thing I wanted. I called his office for a week straight and he was "busy" every time I called and didn't even open his binder with all my information in it until we were sitting in the court room at which point he started asking me what different things were and what they meant. He is lazy and incompetent. After firing him and hiring a new attorney I now see that he lied to me, kept information from me, and really only have me his PERSONAL opinion- not legal advice. Hiring him was the biggest mistake I could have made.

My case had drug on for over 5 years with me getting shafted weekly untill Todd/Mr.Durden accepted me as a client.. He good enough at his job he can be extreamly effective while being 100% honest.( I ran across a few that could not say the same.) Todd is a very hard worker and dedicated to his clie...nts.. Very happy to have found him..

As a father who fought for joint custody of his daughter, I cannot say enough good things about Todd Durden and how passionately he believes in doing what is best for the children involved. From the moment I met him, I felt as though he was going to do everything he could to make me feel like his hi...ghest priority. He was considerate, understanding, but at the same time firm and ready to fight to get me the best possible situation. I could not have been happier with the outcome. He has even followed up with me since just to see how things are going! What lawyer does that today? It is a great to know when I hear friends complain about their lawyer not calling them back, or not keeping them up to date on their case, that I'll never worry about that again!
