Ryan Pannell Wray

I hired this guy for a chapter 13, that I paid over $2,500 for and it was never filled. When I contacted the firm he represented at the time Wylie/Wray and asked if they could move forward with it after Ryan disappeared and file it for me….I was told no and to take it up with Ryan, who obviously was ...MIA. Ryan should be jailed and his old firm should be required to clean up his mess, he represented the firm therefore they should be required to clean up his work or lack thereof. I’ve filed paperwork at the state and federal level, so we’ll see.

I retained Ryan for an immigration matter, and he never filed my case. After going back an forth for 13 months, non returned phone calls and missed appointments, I terminated my contract with Ryan. I was fortunate that I was able to recoup my full retainer after the first check he gave my came back N...SF. He did make good on the check eventually. I would not recommend this attorney.

Bascially wanted him for immigration purposes but never did anything and ended up taking our money and provide no service what so ever. Kept stating he would call but rarely if ever did what he stated. We lost over $1000 and almost gave him more. Finally wrote the TX State Bar about him & is still i...n works.

First time I called him, he was so nice and told me what to do to get my money back from the seller. He suggested to write a demand letter. I did paid him $ 500 to write a demand letter. Then he told me that the seller didn't respond to this letter. Then he suggested to file a lawsuit, so I did agree.... He filed a lawsuit on my behalf on Nov 23, 2009. Until now, I haven't received any information regarding my case. I tried to contact him many times. Once he told me that he would call me back but he didn't. Please let me know if anyone can give me a suggestion which lawyer I have to go to get my money back ( refund) from this seller. Thanks
