Ryan Pannell Wray

In May 2009 Ryan agreed to refund the remaining Retainer funds from a divorce suit but has come up with repeated excuses for the last 8 months. He is out of the office, he is in China, he will take care of it first thing, he thought it was sent out already. This guy is a Lawyer and supposedly a relig...ious man. Where is my money at?
