I had an issue with an airline where they canceled my reservation without notice causing me hardship. She was so patient to listen to all my complaints. I had a plumbing blockage and my home warranty dispatched a plumbing company who came to work on the issue three different times, but on the third time, not only didn’t they resolve the issue, but they made the issue even worse. They were using a plumbing snake in my main drain line and after tryi...ng for about three hours, the plumbing snake got stuck in my main line. So, they left it stuck and said that if I wanted them to remove it that they would charge me $4250.00. So, I retained Igxtelle to resolve my issue, so she sent a letter to my home warranty company who denied liability and this is how she ended up getting my issue resolved: "They are denying liability. In this case you may need to open up an insurance claim for repairs." So, I replied to her email requesting a phone call to discuss and my email went ignored. I, then, called her office and requested a call back, but got none. I ended up retaining another lawyer who has managed to get my issue resolved.
