Susan Calvert Piel

Susan has been appointed by the court, to represent my husband, who has been sitting in the county jail for 6 months. We have been to court 4 times, all of which Mrs Piel, has not been present. She has never returned any of my phone calls. Ive even tried to call her office to set an appointment to ...see her, but only get her voicemail, in which she has never returned my calls. So actually i cannot give our lawyer any kind of review, since i have never seen or spoken to her. Meanwhile, my husband is sitting in jail for half a year charged by the state for a family violence assault towards me, because of my black eye which I received after he bought me a new kayak and i flipped it my first time out. The police were told all the facts but didnt believe me and now they have destroyed our family. Ive had to send my little boy and teenage daughter to go live with their biological father, yet my husband raised, weve lost our home, our vehicles, my job, i now live with my parents. Each unattended court session, unreturned phone calls, is devastating to me and my children because it just adds another month or two of him sitting in jail waiting on the next court date. Loosing my children, the love of my life, and our whole life has caused me soo much pain and despair I have tried to end my life twice. Mrs Piels heartless, unprofessional and careless actions has destroyed the happy lives of 4 people. So as a lawyer, i was told she was great, yet i wouldn't know because we have yet to meet her
