I was falsely charged with aggrivated assault on a family member in which a small $350 scratch on a fender was all the damage done. I was not even in my car and my soon to be ex wife tried to drive around me as i exited my car. She scraped the edge of my door with her fender and left the scene. She t...old the police i ran into her. The police never interviwed me or my daughter who was in the car with me and saw exactly what happened. They wouldn't talk to me and would not look at the vehicle I was driving to assess the damage. Either have told the true story. Coby listened to me, believed in me and trusted that I was telling him the truth. He assisted me in bonding out by getting a bond reduction so i could get out. Then i was allowed to have a visit with my daughter and videotaped her statement of the event and took pics of the car I was supposedly driving that day and took them to the D.A. When court day came he was a pitbull and proceeded to get the truth out of my wife and destroy her credibility entirely. Which was no easy task. Charges were dropped and the case turned out exactly as he predicted when I hired him. NICE JOB
