Extremely lazy, doesn't listen to you at all!
He is extremely lazy. Too many stories to tell. Continued to charge me on a weekly basis even though there was no activity going on in my case. STAY AWAY! If your spouse picks him you will be in good shape!

Attorney Abeyta was very unprepared. He showed up late to court, no apology, did not ask the appropriate questions that were presented to him for a child custody case.
