Sean Patrick Abeyta

Attorney Abeyta was very unprepared. He showed up late to court, no apology, did not ask the appropriate questions that were presented to him for a child custody case. The questions he did ask came from his client during the trial. Attorney Abeyta was given several documents which displayed proof ...that the father had a history of drug abuse and possible mental issues and Mr. Abeyta failed to present any of it to the courts. The father has since been awarded extended visitation because the we did not have proper representation.
