Social Security Benefits
Carey Thompson is a great attorney. I am a brittle diabetic and can't work. I have been trying to get disability for years on my own. Mr. Thompson made things move along and was successful in obtaining my disability. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

Pleased client
I let Mr. Thompson do the talking for me and then I was successful. If you have a legal problem, C. Thompson is the lawyer that you can trust to help you.

Short Notice Appeal Won
Needed a lawyer for hearing set within a few weeks by Social Security and nobody would take it. Carey took it and won the appeal. Would 100% go to him again and recommend him.

My mom has been disabled for some years now and been fighting for SSI for about five years, suffering and being denied. Mr. Thompson took over her case about last year and with Gods grace, Mr. Thompson know how she finally has been approved. Thank God now she can get better Doctors to help manage her disabilities.

Not impressed despite a win
I would like to be more specific but there is not enough space for that. I will be brief and say that I feel I could have done as well without this attorney. Mr Thompson and his staff should learn to take the time to listen effectively and compassionately BEFORE the client is upset, and to not sound like they are rushing you off the phone when you call with a question. Mr. Thompson was mostly condescending with a sprinkle of sugar and I don't feel that he came close to earning the $6k that he received from my backpay. Just sayin'!!

Poor Representation
Worst representative for SSI, He has my case approx 2 yrs ago, they had the worst attorney on my case. I HAVE PLENTY OF PROOF FOR DISABILITY. His appointed attorney didn't push the evidence enough. I would have had my disability approved, They didn't fight for my case as well as they should have.

Not what they say
They told me they were going to work for me. They did not. I asked for a copy of my file and they said they didn’t have one. They are required by law to provide this. NEVER did they tell me they wouldn’t take my case. They wasted my time and lied to me.
