Biography
Kirk Claunch, like his father, is also a native of Fort Worth and a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law. Kirk has been practicing law since 1991. He has been board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2002. Kirk is also an experienced trial lawyer with over 35 jury trials as lead counsel. In addition to Texas, Kirk is also admitted to practice law in Ohio and Wisconsin. Kirk has broad experience in all areas of personal injury law. He has an extensive background in helping people suffering from cancers associated with exposure to toxic chemicals and substances. This includes people suffering from mesothelioma caused by asbestos exposure and those suffering from leukemia caused by benzene exposure and other substances containing benzene.
