I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney* in Fort Worth, Texas. I practice Elder Law, which covers many different types of law: estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney); probate; guardianship; Medicaid planning; and VA benefit planning. My philosophy is one of inclusion: I enjoy working with older adults and their families as a whole to achieve the best result for the individual. At home, I play referee between my four dogs, Milo the Rottweiler, Gracie the Pit Bull, and Alfie and Diana, both Cardigan Corgis. I am an occasional avid runner and enjoy spending time with my nieces. If I can help you or your family, please contact me. I look forward to working with you.

guardianship
I hired Monica Benson to transfer a guardianship to Texas. The work was done quickly. The fee was reasonable. The transfer was problem free. Her advice is sound.
