Thankful for her help on Guardianship!

Ms. Casanova has been so instrumental in me obtaining guardianship of my adult granddaughter who lives with IDD. My case was not anything simple and she has guided me through it all. My my granddaughter was four at the time of my son and my 2 yr old granddaughters were killed by a drunk driver. M...y surviving granddaughter was diagnosed with IDD later in life, she had received large portions of money that her birth mother was burning through it. My granddaughter was not in a healthy living situation. She is now in a safe place and happy and I have been able to secure her finances away from family spending any of it thus preparing for my granddaughter's future. Ms. Casanova has treated my granddaughter with love and respect through the entire process, as well as informing me ALL the steps necessary to be a successful guardian. She was pleasant and prompt through the court hearings. She is a professional but personable. I am thankful I obtained her services!

Andrea Casanova

Andrea Casanova was a probate attorney referred to our family after the death of our mom. Andrea was very informative, compassionate, and efficient in handling the probate of the will. I would highly recommend her.

Way too touchy!

I consulted with Andrea and was disappointed that she had no interest in listening to my objection to her contract. Sadly she appears to wear her emotions on her sleeve!

Ms Casanova leaves on the other party’s hands all the timely, important decisions of your case, accting just like a messenger between both parties, instead to take the control for defending your interests, however when she can’t continue , just shewill say good bye , leaving you in the middle of a... huge mess , kindly she will hurry you for finding someone else for fixing the problems her irresponsability caused .

Unreliable and untimely

Andrea took excessive and unprofessional amounts of time to answer calls and emails in addition to preparing power of attorneys and LLC beneficiary designations. I was extremely unsatisfied to always leave a message with a receptionist and never receive a call, email or even a draft of documents. We... were consistently told our file was “in review.” Thankfully Andrea refunded our retainer and we were able to hire an attorney who had the power of attorneys and other standard estate documents completed in 48 hours. We have no idea why it took Andrea over 6 weeks to provide us with form documents and ignored calls and emails. We do not recommend her or her firm.
