She's has been in charge of my son's case and in the three court dates that we've had I've only met her once and talked to her once. I had to go and contact the courtroom probation service to find out what was happening. She is very rude and unprofessional. I would not advise her to handle any of your case, especially if you're needing to know important information in regards to your case or even your child's case.
