These steps include sending information via USPS First Class Mail to the address provided by our client, email communication (if an address is provided by a client) and telephone calls to at least two numbers (again, if provided by our client). If we receive returned mail, “bounced" email, or unanswered/disconnected phone numbers, we take additional steps in an attempt to locate our clients through public data research and every other available electronic means. While we do all we can to locate and communicate with our clients effectively - it is ultimately our client's responsibility to ensure we have accurate contact information in order for the client to receive timely notices concerning court settings and/or any other matter involving our representation.
