James L. Lollar

I took a total of 5 different tickets to them, for various traffic violations. All of them turned to warrant, and I had no idea until I was actually arrested (The tickets were 4 and 5 years old). I ended up sitting them out in jail. I called the office of Jim Lollar, and was told that they tried to n...otify me, via phone and letter. Never ONCE did I receive a notice from them. The one time I was notified, I got the issue resolved. However on the others I was never notified. The lady was rude, and refused to help. (I do not remember the names, as this has been a couple of years ago) Today, I go in to check my DL status. It shows eligible, however it said I had some outstanding court fees. I went to look, and I had a 650$ fee. I called the city court, and they told me that I have a warrant, and it was for an insurance ticket. I was not going to be able to make the court date, so my wife contact Jim Lollar for this. We did have insurance, just didn't have proof. So we paid Jim Lollar, and they tell us to take our proof of insurance to the court. We take the proof of insurance there, and they said it was documented. The original citation was 498$, they told me it was now 650$ due to court fees, and failure to appear. So something was not done, somewhere. I am very frustrated, and will never use them again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Very disappointed.

I have used Jim Lollars services for many years, ok not all the services, just for tickets, his staff is outstanding and they have always presented all options on dealing with tickets. I have met Mr. Lollar in person several times and have recommended him to friends. He has represented one of my fo...rmer co-workers on a DWI charge and got him an excellent outcome ( Just slightly over the limit in Arlington) when the D.A. was going for blood ( election year) .

Mr. Lollar has now managed to get two of my tickets dismissed. The second one I did not even have to show to court for. His staff is knowledgeable and get this...honest! In other words, if they tell you what the real deal is...I know amazing, huh? How often can someone, especially someone like me... who has little faith in lawyers or the legal system in general, say something like this. Point blank, if you have a ticket in Ft Worth and need a reliable and highly effective lawyer; Jim Lollar is the only choice! Thank you so much!

I would recommend Mr. Jim Lollar to anyone with a legal issue. He will solve your problem or direct you to someone that can. He has worked on my children’s traffic issues many times and resolved each issue. There have been other legal matters that attorneys in Mr. Lollars offices have handled for ...me. Each time I was happy with the results. Mr. Lollar is my (primary lawyer) I call him on any legal matter that I am confronted with he has referred me to a divorce lawyer; he also referred me to personal injury lawyer each one doing a great job. Each lawyer was professional, knowledgeable and honest.
