Abe Factor

I was charged with a state jail felony and I already have two prior drug charges...everyone I talked to said I was looking at one year jail time or, if I was lucky, 5 years felony probation. I don't have much money, and I have a 5 year old son I care for by myself. His father was killed just over a m...onth ago, I couldn't imagine doing time away from my son...and I def didn't want to have a felony on my record. The night before my court date I asked Abe if there's any way I could do weekend jail and still get deferred, probation is just too much of a risk. He told me not to worry, he would see me in the morning and we can go over our options. Somehow he worked a miracle and got my charge taken down to a misdemeanor with a few weeks of weekend jail! No fines, no testing, no dragging it out on probation for years, and no felony on my record! I dont know how he did it, but I am forever grateful for this man, I would recommend him to everyone, I know I will never use another lawyer besides Mr. Factor. He has been extremely understanding with me about payments, he has never hassled me even when I couldnt pay him anything for 2 months. Any other lawyer would charge me 3x more, and maybe gotten me 5 years probation...also, Abe showed up to court every single time, he was even 15 mins early to my last hearing. You have to trust Abe, there is a reason why he is in such high demand. He is AMAZING at what he does.

I was accused of aggravated sexual assault I was cut off from my children and restricted as to my comings and goings hired Abe Factor to try my case I knew if convicted I would go to prison and be a felon and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life and anywhere I would go Abe Fact...or tried my case to a jury and his skill and knowledge was obvious I was found not guilty my record has been cleared I am eternally grateful my life was returned to me

Seriously??! I'm surprised to read the negative reviews about Abe. Take your money and leave? No way. His experience & knowledge saved me and I found him to be well worth it. You have to put trust in Abe and be patient. He never charged me for any consultations and was always straightforward. I pai...d him well below what any other criminal defense attorney in the area would have cost me and he's one of the best, so there's no way he's money hungry. Not only was it a bargain price, but he didn't hound me and was very cool about how to pay it out. He also advised me and helped me on matters that he didn't even charge me for. Definitely would recommend him to a friend or family member.
