20+ yrs Tried & True

He's only atty I've called since 1999 and he has gotten all my cases dropped or time served and court cost. Tell him the truth on all aspects of your case and he'll work for you and get best result possible in my opinion

Got me time served and allowed me to be on flexible pay plan. Only lawyer I talked to who would let me pay per month. Me or family will use abe in the future

His personality grows on you and it’s for the better. So grateful to the life I was afforded.

Back in ‘05 I was an addict doing what I could to make a quick buck. Long story short I found myself facing 5 felony state jail charges. He was able to get one thrown out and I was given 5 years def prob on the others. I did my 500 CS hours, which sucked but I deserved them, paid in my fines and got ...off 2 years early. He was a hard ass to me but my young and stubborn butt needed it at the time. Now I’m facing a new dilemma with my step mom and plan to go back to him without doubt. All those out there whining about lack of communication, uhm news flash, your not his only case..........

Outstanding lawyer who gets the job done!

I was scared and facing several years in prison for revocation of deferred adjudicated probation and needed an experienced and exceptional lawyer and knew the one I needed was Abe Factor. He is a stand up guy and will do everything he can to help you with your case. He did everything he said he wou...ld do for me and he did! I am off probation now and he is definitely the reason why! He has a outstanding and friendly office staff that always help you. He is definitely the best lawyer in Tarrant County and I would never use anyone but him. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family! Thanks again Abe for an outstanding job done in my case!

comes off harsh but he will beat the case like Rocky

I was 18 and a drug addict at the time ...scared for my life..parents embarrassed..long story short wen he met wit me he kinda scared the living hell out of me...however I never went to court as I was on pretrial release n went in monthly to take drug tests til my case was settled..well after 6 month...s of reporting and no actual court date I reported to pretrial for my monthly UA and to my surprise they told me I didn't have to come anymore and that it said in the computer bill terminated..i clled his office n found oiut that it meant the case was dropped! god is good! I recommend him highly!
