Abe Factor

One was for Fentanyl. one for Meth and one for two rigs of coke! He got me time served with 36 days inside the county Jail! Yes I would most definitely recommend Mr. Factor services. In fact I have hired him to represent me on the two other cases I picked up a day and a half after leaving Tarrant Co...unty, Yeah I know, It is what it is! Am I worried about the outcome of my new charges? I would only be worried if he didn't take my case. Seriously people, You want to go home? Then hire Mr.Factor!

my name is steven bower i have hired Abe factor on 3 ocassions once to represent me and twice for my daughter! I am a exconvict and will be on parole for the rest of my life . In September of 2017 i was arrested for poss of less than a gram of a controled substance! I was 18 and a drug addict at the time ...scared for my life..parents embarrassed..long story short wen he met wit me he kinda scared the living hell out of me...however I never went to court as I was on pretrial release n went in monthly to take drug tests til my case was settled..well after 6 month...s of reporting and no actual court date I reported to pretrial for my monthly UA and to my surprise they told me I didn't have to come anymore and that it said in the computer bill terminated..i clled his office n found oiut that it meant the case was dropped! god is good! I recommend him highly!

My son was facing a 5 year sentence for a drug possession. He has some health problems and didn't think he would make it with the sentence. I was charged with a state jail felony and I already have two prior drug charges...everyone I talked to said I was looking at one year jail time or, if I was lucky, 5 years felony probation. I don't have much money, and I have a 5 year old son I care for by myself. His father was killed just over a m...onth ago, I couldn't imagine doing time away from my son...and I def didn't want to have a felony on my record. The night before my court date I asked Abe if there's any way I could do weekend jail and still get deferred, probation is just too much of a risk. He told me not to worry, he would see me in the morning and we can go over our options. Somehow he worked a miracle and got my charge taken down to a misdemeanor with a few weeks of weekend jail! No fines, no testing, no dragging it out on probation for years, and no felony on my record! I dont know how he did it, but I am forever grateful for this man, I would recommend him to everyone, I know I will never use another lawyer besides Mr. Factor. He has been extremely understanding with me about payments, he has never hassled me even when I couldnt pay him anything for 2 months. Any other lawyer would charge me 3x more, and maybe gotten me 5 years probation...also, Abe showed up to court every single time, he was even 15 mins early to my last hearing. You have to trust Abe, there is a reason why he is in such high demand. He is AMAZING at what he does.
