Hi to everybody first off I would never recommend this attorney to anyone unless you want to give your money away their customer service is terrible and all they want to do is charge you for any little question you have and last but not least my case never got resolved I had to hire another attorney... thanks everybody have a blessed day

I hired her to help with my sister case In 2012 and she only took my money She have never visit my sister Who was about to get deported and she also, was because this lawyer was never represented her even when she was supposed to be her lawyer. I ask for a refund and they never show out with the ...money Please don't. Call this people and save your money and family from them

This attorney and her "squad" (assistants) all they do is rob you of your money! She promised to get my husband out from Immigration hold which she did, but she was going to get him deported! She took my money immidiately and like I said, nearly deported him! My husband was arrested for no ID. Lucky ...for me, I was told of another attorney who was able to get him out quickly and easily! The problem is that I still gets calls from Erika and her asssistats to pay more. I paid her $4000 cash and the contract was for that amount. She wants more because she saids my husband is released because of her! but he is released because of my other attorney. Stay aways from her!

I am really happy I retained Ms. Erika Salter for my nephew's case. Today she went to court with him and got his case closed. I was very impressed. I just hired her last week and she and her staff worked really fast to prepare the case and close it in immigration court. I will be recommending her to ...my friends. I can say the money I spent on her services was money well spent because now my nephew can stay with us in the U.S. and continue going to school. Other attorneys had told me there was no other option but for him to leave the U.S. and although Ms. Erika did not promise anything, she said she had several strategies to at least get him out of this mess. I decided to put my trust in her and I don't regret it!

I had to take some time out of my busy day to write a few things about Erika and her office. I came from El Salvador when I was 8 yrs old. My mom petitioned for me and I got my papers that way. Growing up I started to hang out with the bad crowd. I started drinking and doing drugs. I thought I could...n't get in trouble because I was a legal permanent resident and then in 2012, I was arrested for some drugs. I was given probation for that case and thought that was the end of it. When I went to check in a few months ago, an ICE officer was waiting for me and arrested me, saying that they were going to deport me because of the crimes I had committed. I was very surprised! They took me to jail and I thought I was going to be on a plane to El Salvador soon. Luckily my mom found Erika and she fought hard for me. She spoke to me over the phone about 10 times to prepare me for the difficult process. Once the big day came and I faced the judge for the last time, I was surprised that not only attorney Erika showed up at court, but one of her other attorneys as well. I knew it was going to be really difficult to win, but Erika did a great job. The judge did not make a decision the same day, rather asked us to return the following day. Erika won my case!!!! I was released the same day and now I'm back home with my mom and brothers. I learned a hard lesson, but I'm glad God put Erika in our path. She's well worth the money!!!!
