Working with Erika Salter Law Office was one of the best choice we did for the petition of residency for my husband. We Worked with Darlin and she made our process so smooth and easy. She explained everything so well to me and my husband. She explained the whole process step by step on what actions n...eeded to be taken. I love how they are all mostly bilingual and they push you to get everything turned in for your case. After my husbands case we also filed petition of residency for my mother. Her case was a bit different since she entered the United States without any permission but her process was so smooth as well. She was blessed enough to not exit the United States for punishment. WE WILL ALWAYS BE SO GRATEFUL FOR ERIKA SALTER AND HER AWESOME TEAM!!

I had to take some time out of my busy day to write a few things about Erika and her office. I came from El Salvador when I was 8 yrs old. My mom petitioned for me and I got my papers that way. Growing up I started to hang out with the bad crowd. I started drinking and doing drugs. I thought I could...n't get in trouble because I was a legal permanent resident and then in 2012, I was arrested for some drugs. I was given probation for that case and thought that was the end of it. When I went to check in a few months ago, an ICE officer was waiting for me and arrested me, saying that they were going to deport me because of the crimes I had committed. I was very surprised! They took me to jail and I thought I was going to be on a plane to El Salvador soon. Luckily my mom found Erika and she fought hard for me. She spoke to me over the phone about 10 times to prepare me for the difficult process. Once the big day came and I faced the judge for the last time, I was surprised that not only attorney Erika showed up at court, but one of her other attorneys as well. I knew it was going to be really difficult to win, but Erika did a great job. The judge did not make a decision the same day, rather asked us to return the following day. Erika won my case!!!! I was released the same day and now I'm back home with my mom and brothers. I learned a hard lesson, but I'm glad God put Erika in our path. She's well worth the money!!!!

this law firm accepted monies from me to do an investigation in helping a family member. I asked the lawyer to notify me when she would be attending the court hearing as I wanted to be there to give support to my family member. To my dismay & disgust there was no phone call, message, email etc., fro...m this lawyer beforehand. The family member they were supposed to be assisting in court didn't even get to speak to this lawyer as she didn't even identify herself to the client. They were accepting my funds & did nothing in return to help on our behalf & I would never use or suggest this company to anyone, & as I see from other reviews they have a pretty bad reputation already. Here's hoping in the future that the Law Association look into their credibility as lawyers.
