What a terrific job Mr. Gregory did for us. Social security seems set up to just wear you out with bureaucratic challenges. Mr. Gregory took my case, explained what was going on, and explained the things that needed to be done that I didn't even know about. He helped me get my full disability. ...I would have lost without him. He even got the decision expedited and we didn't have to go to a hearing. I owe him a great big thank you.

Most of people got help from Mr. Gregory and his team from the beginning. My case is different. I initially filed for my SSDI benefits with out-of-state attorney office (I thought they still open their Fort Worth office). Long story short, after more than 1 and half years, it's time when the SS...A informed us to gathere all off documents, medical record and upload/fax to the judge office, my lawyers dropped me, they even ignored me long before let me know it. They left me in the big confusion, distress and made my depression got worse. All of those added to my spinal pain that I have for the last 2 and half years, I felt like giving up everything in this world. I called the SSA office, I was so confused and I confused the lady who answered my call, too. But she's a nice person. She adviced me find another attorney in FW area and transfered me to the person who was working on my case so I could ask for another copy disc of my files. After that I received the hearing notice. I panicked . But I'm scared to contact other attorney thinking my case is not good and nobody will take it. On Easter Sunday, I prayed and asked God to guide me. After that I googled "SSDI attorney near me" Google gave me several results and Mr. Gregory office is the nearest one. I was skeptical when I saw he had many 5 stars reviews. But reading those, I realized they are real stories with real details just like I'm writing my real story right now. That gave me hope, I sent a brief message through his webpage thinking they would give me a call back on Monday. Surprisingly, someone replied me in a short time to let me know his office had received my message and they will contact me on Monday. On Monday, Lupe called me, set me an appointment to come and see Mr. Gregory. They clearly informed me they only get paid if I got my benefits. I was so nervous because I got just less than 2 and half months to my hearing day. We can only had time to set 2 meetings for me to work directly with him because they had other clients too. In the meetings with M. Gregory, I saw he worked hard, fast, smart and very carefully reading my huge files. In less than 2 and half months, he and his team built up my case just like from beginning. He had to get to know my medical conditions, my job history and lots of things. Finally, my hearing came, I was scared but taking his advices of the experiences he had about SSDI hearing, I stayed calm, responded to the judge the true about my conditions and we had a happy result. The nice judge rewarded me my benefits. When we finished the hearing, he called and paid for my Lyft back home. He and his assistant waited until I'm all set on the van to ride home, then they go back to their office. I give thank to God helping me find him and his team. I give thank to him, his team and their hard work helping me got my benefits. He's also a family man who loves and proud of his wife and his children. I highly recommend him and his team to everybody who needs help in SSDI claim. I will also recommend him to my Vietnamese community.

I just want to say what a great experience i had with Attorney Gregory. He and his staff were extremely helpful with making sure I had all of my questions answered.. the staff answered all questions when ever i called to ask what to do with the multimedia of forms that SSA requires you to fill out..... I really appreciate the time and effort that the staff and Attorney Gregory sent with my husband and I , I felt so relieved when I left his office. I’m taking a moment to submit a review about my wife’s excellent disability attorney, J. Daniel Gregory. Freda now has been granted 100% disability by the Social Security Administration after nearly 4 years effort. Why did it take 4 years? Because the first two lawyers we contacted didn’t have a... clue, frankly. The first one was fired for being cruel to Freda, and the second one dropped us like a hot rock when we drew an administrative law judge he didn’t like. Do you know what neither of them did? Gave us useful advice. An acquaintance referred us to Daniel, and as soon as we sat down with him, he let us know right away that he was going to show us how to gather the type of evidence we needed to provide to Social Security. Not made up evidence; we needed to get the correct tests done that would definitively show Freda’s disability. She had had a stroke and multiple seizures along with chronic pain issues associated with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. As it turns out, the definitive test for Freda was a psychiatric test that objectively measured how well her mind worked and showed that Freda had severe deficits in memory, among other things. We KNEW that, but we couldn’t PROVE that – until Daniel informed us of the correct test that would provide the solid EVIDENCE Freda needed to prove her case. With Daniel’s help, we didn’t even return to a hearing – the new case was handled administratively and granted in a relatively short time by SSA standards. Would we recommend Daniel? Absolutely. We were blown away by his knowledge of how the SSA works, his aggressiveness (as a former prosecuting attorney if my memory serves) and his clear direction.
