J Daniel Gregory

The Law Office of J. Daniel Gregory, PC, is a boutique law firm which specializes exclusively in Social Security and long-term disability claims in North and West Texas.  We pride ourselves on taking care of our clients, and in contrast to nationwide firms and other representatives who focus on quantity of representation, our primary focus is on quality of representation.  Social Security and long-term disability have very complex rules, and up-front counseling to inform a claimant of the “rules of the game” and what is expected of them often makes all the difference.  Attorney J. Daniel Gregory personally counsels each client at the very beginning of their own unique claim, personally prepares them with a mock hearing before their actual hearing, and all the way through award of benefits. 

Mr. Gregory has successfully prosecuted thousands of Social Security disability insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims, including thousands of Social Security administrative law hearings and Appeals Council appeals. 

Mr. Gregory is a licensed attorney in Texas (active) and New Mexico (inactive), and he graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.  Prior to founding the Law Office of J. Daniel Gregory PC, he gained extensive jury trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes as an Assistant District Attorney in the Second Judicial District Attorney's office in Albuquerque, NM.  He also gained experience in civil litigation as an associate attorney with the law firm of Madison & Mroz, PA, also in Albuquerque, NM.

Mr. Gregory and his wife Kim have two beautiful children- Audrey and David.  When Mr. Gregory is not helping his clients, he enjoys going to church at Milestone Church in Keller, spending time with his wife and kids, cooking out, fishing, camping, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks, and Miami Hurricanes!
