J Daniel Gregory

With my first consultation with Mr. Gregory, for my disability case, I could tell he had a passion for his job, and a true compassion for his clients. He is extremely thorough, organized, persistent, and he has an extensive knowledge of the law. He is a true go getter, that does not back down! Right... away I felt that Mr. Gregory had my back, and I felt so fortunate that he was on my team. His staff is amazing! They all made me feel at ease while they all worked diligently on my case. It was like someone lifted a ton of bricks from my shoulders because I had been experiencing so much anxiety over my health issues and continuous doctor’s visits. Mr. Gregory and his staff really helped to relieve my stress and worry. They all worked so hard on my case, and we won!!!! I owe it all to this awesome team. I recommend Mr. Gregory 100%!!

Mr Gregory represented me w a disability claim. I had already been turned down twice when he took the case.He not only represents he fights got good clients. He takes the time not only tell you but to show you what to expect. He and his staff work very well together. They are prompt in answering ques...tions in a way that you can understand. Mr. Gregory goes above and beyond in representing your cause. Even if I had lost my case I would still highly recommend him. He’s that good!

I started my disability claim with Daniel Gregory and his staff just after covid and they quickly provided an environment that made me feel safe and separated. During our initial meeting he went though my reasons for why I thought I was disabled and he quickly told me why I would not win presenting ...that case and we needed to focus all our efforts in another direction I would not have thought to go. He provided questions I would never have thought relevant to a disability case. I was always focusing on "can I work" and he explained that is not what they are asking, and helped me answer the question properly, how my disability is affecting my home life not my work. The first two cases were denied, next step was the judge. We spent about 3 hours going over what would happen, how to act, and practiced answering some of the questions for the hearing. Another denial, Mr. Gregory appealed the decision and we were assigned another judge. He went though the questions with me again and this time he talked my neurologist into providing testimony at the hearing. After 30 Months We Won! Do not try this process without help it is so confusing it was so helpful to have Mr. Gregory and his staff to ask questions I had.

Mr.Gregory knows what he is doing when it comes to disability benefits. He and his staff treat you with compassion and understanding. You're not "just another client". He will sit down with you and come up with a game plan personally suited for your specific case that will give you a high chance of b...eing approved. My suggestion, when he hands you the list of things to do, DO IT! Don't disregard it, don't throw it away, follow each and every step he gives you! If you do this you, and Mr. Gregory have very high odds of getting a favorable decision! Remember it's a team effort, He knows what it takes, but you won't win if you don't do your part!
