When I first made my appointment I was so scared and nervous however the love and compassion that was shown to me and my family is really indescribable. Attorney Gregory took his time and spent over 2 hours reviewing all the information and medical records I bought him before we ever met. His staff w...as very helpful while I waited even cutting off the lights in their office due to my severe migraines. Attorney Gregory worked and worked hard for me he assured me by the work that he did for me following up with over 12 doctors that I was seeing. The documentation and medical records that he gathered, the knowledge regarding my health that he had was pretty remarkable..there aren't enough stars in this universe to mark high highly I think of Attorney Gregory and his level of skills. I’m taking a moment to submit a review about my wife’s excellent disability attorney, J. Daniel Gregory. Freda now has been granted 100% disability by the Social Security Administration after nearly 4 years effort. Why did it take 4 years? Because the first two lawyers we contacted didn’t have a... clue, frankly. The first one was fired for being cruel to Freda, and the second one dropped us like a hot rock when we drew an administrative law judge he didn’t like. Do you know what neither of them did? Gave us useful advice. An acquaintance referred us to Daniel, and as soon as we sat down with him, he let us know right away that he was going to show us how to gather the type of evidence we needed to provide to Social Security. Not made up evidence; we needed to get the correct tests done that would definitively show Freda’s disability. She had had a stroke and multiple seizures along with chronic pain issues associated with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. As it turns out, the definitive test for Freda was a psychiatric test that objectively measured how well her mind worked and showed that Freda had severe deficits in memory, among other things. We KNEW that, but we couldn’t PROVE that – until Daniel informed us of the correct test that would provide the solid EVIDENCE Freda needed to prove her case. With Daniel’s help, we didn’t even return to a hearing – the new case was handled administratively and granted in a relatively short time by SSA standards. Would we recommend Daniel? Absolutely. We were blown away by his knowledge of how the SSA works, his aggressiveness (as a former prosecuting attorney if my memory serves) and his clear direction. We wish we had found him at the beginning of our efforts but we lived in California then and hadn’t made the connections that would lead us to him. Forever grateful for his work, Lyle

I had really shopped the market for a disability attorney after having a serious motorcycle accident. At first I really tried to deal directly with Social Security and filled out all the forms online and sat inside the Social Security offices only to be denied again and again. I explained to Mr Greg...ory my situation and found that he really cares about you as a individual and not just another case file. He took time to explain everything in a way that I could understand, he explained what he thought the out come would be and what I could expect. In the end we did have a hearing and the results were way better in the settlement than even Mr Gregory had expected.
