J Daniel Gregory

We applied for Disability for my husband in 2019. He was denied. In 2020 we appealed and he was denied. The main reason was lack of medical history. (Due to not having insurance and unable to afford to go to Dr after Dr). His SS Insurance coverage ran out in December of 2020. In 2021 we contacte...d Daniel and set up a consultation. He started the process of the court hearing. He also sent us to a specialist and had testing done. We requested an in person hearing, so it took until 2023 for the court hearing. Daniel drove an hour and half to come to our city where the hearing was scheduled. He helped my husband to know how to answer the questions the judge would have. After the hearing everyone felt good about it, except there was still the issue of lack of a long medical paper trail. So we waited....... About 4 weeks later we got the news.... The judge found in my husbands favor 100% and found him disabled starting June of 2020. (While he was still insured) He got back pay for all those months. We could not have done it without Daniel. He was truly a blessing from God to help us with this. We will always be grateful to him for his help.. Thank you sooooooo much Daniel!!!!

I was at my last straw on trying to get my disability awarded.So I just went through google looking for disability lawyers and God placed my search right on Daniel Gregory website.His office and himself have been nothing but amazing.I live over 1 1/2 from his office and let me tell you the drive was ...worth it his compassion his understanding and his down to earth ways oh and the way he explains and lays everything on the table is nothing but wonderful.He gave me my homework to do and I did everything he asked me to do and on May 1st 2023 I was awarded my disability after almost 4 1/2 yrs . I started my disability claim with Daniel Gregory and his staff just after covid and they quickly provided an environment that made me feel safe and separated. During our initial meeting he went though my reasons for why I thought I was disabled and he quickly told me why I would not win presenting ...that case and we needed to focus all our efforts in another direction I would not have thought to go. He provided questions I would never have thought relevant to a disability case. I was always focusing on "can I work" and he explained that is not what they are asking, and helped me answer the question properly, how my disability is affecting my home life not my work. The first two cases were denied, next step was the judge. We spent about 3 hours going over what would happen, how to act, and practiced answering some of the questions for the hearing. Another denial, Mr. Gregory appealed the decision and we were assigned another judge. He went though the questions with me again and this time he talked my neurologist into providing testimony at the hearing. After 30 Months We Won! Do not try this process without help it is so confusing it was so helpful to have Mr. Gregory and his staff to ask questions I had.

We would not be more grateful to Daniel, Martissa and his staff. They have been absolutely wonderful in helping our son get disability. Every time, we called we were treated like we were their only client. All were very knowledgeable, helpful and confident. Daniel was even kind enough to answer ...a distress call, I left after business hours on their voice mail. His words were: "I wanted to relive your mind, so you could have a good weekend". How often do you get this kind of service??....He even helped me with another problem related to my son, that was not related to his area of expertise. We would highly recommend him to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was denied Disability three times! Mr. Gregory went over my case and told my husband and I that he would go forward and represent me, after that he wasted no time. I was really feeling down and discouraged, but Mr. Gregory and his entire staff kept me post...ed about everything!, they were always quick to respond, and they were so respectful, kind and professional, his ENTIRE staff did EVERYTHING to keep me in good spirits. He is not only a good attorney who genuinely cares, he's honest, and he's definitely not out to take your money...within months I won my case!, after almost 2 years of being denied over and over....wish I would have found him sooner, but he was definitely worth the wait.
