I started my disability claim with Daniel Gregory and his staff just after covid and they quickly provided an environment that made me feel safe and separated. During our initial meeting he went though my reasons for why I thought I was disabled and he quickly told me why I would not win presenting ...that case and we needed to focus all our efforts in another direction I would not have thought to go. He provided questions I would never have thought relevant to a disability case. I was always focusing on "can I work" and he explained that is not what they are asking, and helped me answer the question properly, how my disability is affecting my home life not my work. The first two cases were denied, next step was the judge. We spent about 3 hours going over what would happen, how to act, and practiced answering some of the questions for the hearing. Another denial, Mr. Gregory appealed the decision and we were assigned another judge. He went though the questions with me again and this time he talked my neurologist into providing testimony at the hearing. After 30 Months We Won!
