I hired Elizabeth Rivera as my attorney for a complicated lawsuit, involving more than one party and including a corporation. As most people realize, the wheels of justice run slow. Covid interrupted my cases. However, even after all that, Elizabeth amazed me on many occasions. It was as if she had ...perfect recall of the details of all aspects of the case and quickly zoomed in on discrepancies by various parties. In court, she was professional, skilled and very prepared. I am happy with the results. In every aspect of the case I could win, I did. In the one aspect of the case that through no fault of Elzabeth I lost, Elizabeth's amazing court skills, used to argue against the outlandish attorney fees that the other side tried to make me pay, won me a favorable ruling. Do I recommend Elizabeth Rivera to others? Absolutely! Will I use her again, if needed? Absolutely! Do I have anything negative to say about her or any of her staff? NO!

I hired Elizabeth for my child custody/support case and let’s just say she let me down completely. Staff is horrible at getting back to you about anything and I do mean anything. I had to call every time just to get any info in my case. Elizabeth talks to you pretty and makes you think you can win yo...ur case just so at the end she will say never mind this is impossible, your chances of getting anything you want are zero. (Even when at the beginning she was the one who suggested asking for the things I’m getting “denied”now). After thousands of dollars spend on her I got nothing back, no court order, nothing because although she gives you and estimate of how much she will charge you, at the end she will give you a different amount (double for me) saying she did all this extra stuff which honestly I doubt she ever did proven fact I never got nowhere in my case. I’m currently in the process of looking for a new attorney that can finish what she couldn’t after a year. I can’t stress this enough DO NOT hire her. She’s all about the money and nothing else. Go with someone who does care and will fight for you and your kids.

I cannot speak highly enough of Liz Rivera and the services of her firm. We were always able to communicate either by phone, text and or email. Liz took the complicated personal matters of family law and broke them down and did what was necessary to get results. This is a firm that really does care... about you and your case. I highly recommend Liz to our family and friends in need of a good attorney.

I hired this "lawyer" and it was the worst mistake of my life. If your case is a simple, no frills kind of case, then maybe she may do a decent job but if it involves your kids, a divorce, child support or anything life changing, I would tell you to look elsewhere. This lawyer is about her money, ...point, blank, period. She and her staff can't be bothered. I hired her to represent me for my divorce/child support/ visiation and she failed me and my children miserably. The entire time she represented us, I felt rushed and I felt like she did not take my case seriously. The couple of times we went to court she was always running late and when she would finally show up, she spent half the time joking and laughing with the court bailiffs/officers. As far as my case and the children she did a half ass job. No idea half the time on what she was doing(if anything) towards the case. She failed on her promises to get me what was needed and frankly, she did nothing to really help in my favor. She talked a good game on all the good she was going to do but in the end , not even half was done and my situation got worse. She was useless. I can't even begin to express how much Elizabeth Rivera, failed me and my children.
