Professional and Experienced Attorney

I was in need of an divorced attorney and googled Liz Rivera. I was not disappointed. My experience with the staff and lawyer was great. Liz definitely was adhered to my concerns. Of course, there were some miscommunications at times but, that is normal in any situation. The staff delivered every tim...e, either by phone, text or email. I will definitely refer or use them again, if need.

Find another lawyer

I hired this "lawyer" and it was the worst mistake of my life. If your case is a simple, no frills kind of case, then maybe she may do a decent job but if it involves your kids, a divorce, child support or anything life changing, I would tell you to look elsewhere. This lawyer is about her money, ...point, blank, period. She and her staff can't be bothered. I hired her to represent me for my divorce/child support/ visiation and she failed me and my children miserably. The entire time she represented us, I felt rushed and I felt like she did not take my case seriously. The couple of times we went to court she was always running late and when she would finally show up, she spent half the time joking and laughing with the court bailiffs/officers. As far as my case and the children she did a half ass job. No idea half the time on what she was doing(if anything) towards the case. She failed on her promises to get me what was needed and frankly, she did nothing to really help in my favor. She talked a good game on all the good she was going to do but in the end , not even half was done and my situation got worse. She was useless. I can't even begin to express how much Elizabeth Rivera, failed me and my children.

It's Not About The Money! You Don't Trust Me! Really Why?

I hired Elizabeth Rivera to represent me. Biggest mistake I ever made in the history of my Life. The Words Truth, Honor, and Loyalty mean nothing to a Lawyer who is ALL ABOUT MONEY For Nothing With No Conscious. Elizabeth Rivera almost cost me my right to retirements, HSA accounts, and Elizabeth Riv...era was ordered to add a written clause to in the Final Decree. Judge also instructed all parties to initial the added clause and all parties sign the final decree before filing to secure my future. Elizabeth Rivera handed me my copy of the divorce decree with blue stamp. I ask her if the clause was added to the divorce. (because we did not initial the clause or signed the final decree. Elizabeth replied umm not sure don't think so. (What you disobeyed a judge order. Not only did she make a huge FU-OOPS she had the nerve to file the final divorce decree without our signatures on it! How you ask? Hick if I know --but they did! $3400 in all she brought to the table was taco's. (literally) Wjth Lawyers like her ---People are better off representing themselves. Or find a honorable lawyer. One who takes pride in his/her work and believes in treating people-- like they would want to be treated. A lawyer who actually understands the value of someone else's $$. And who does not want something for nothing! Oh did I mention Elizabeth Rivera and her paralegal sat on my ex husband side of the court room. Wow talk about professional.

divorce

I hired Elizabeth Rivera and for a noncontested divorce. She and her staff never called to inform me what the next steps were, I had to keep calling them for status and each time I was glad I called because they had new status on my case; she nor her office would inform me of anything and they are ...not professional. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER REFER THIS LAW OFFICE AGAIN. Believe me you will not be satisfied with their services!
