I was referred to Annette Regan Loyd Vanicek through an eviction service I hired. She took the case, represented my company in court, called me a few days later to discuss strategy...then disappeared from the face of the Earth. It's been three weeks since I've heard from her. Hired to do an LLC. STarted off good - petered out fast. FInally LLC papers were to be done April 1, 2009 - came and went. Did not answer calles, return messages or emails - absolutely nothing. Had to fire her by email. Talks a good game - stay clear - seemed to know what she was doing, but was ...not responsive in the end AT ALL. I STILL do not know where things are in my LLC process. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a lawyer.
