At Thomas Legal we do things different.  My ultimate goal is not only to help people, but to show them that not all attorneys are the bad or greedy people they always hear about. Realisticly, how many times do you hear someone say they were happy with or liked their attorney? I treat clients the way they should be treated, like a client and a person, not just a number or a file.  Every one of my clients (over 150) has my personal cell phone and can call or text me any day of the week at any time.  I don't want clients in the dark, I don't want clients only able to call a secretary and everytime they do call they are told that the attorney is in a meeting, and most importantly, I don't want clients worried or scared at anytime.   I'm always here, and I'll always be the guy who is up at midnight, when everyone else is sleeping, finding ways to increase the quality and value of my clients' cases.  God didn't lead me to the practice purely to make a living, he led me to this practice to truly change people's lifes when they are going through something terrible that they never expected

I was exposed to personal injury in college and immediately knew it was for me. In law school I was fortunate enough to find a small personal injury law firm that needed an energy boost and a new strategy. By my second year in law school I was named the head of the personal injury department and had successfully changed the marketing approach and streamlined the case handling procedures which resulted in increasing the monthly revenue by 55%.

 Following law school I began working within the personal injury department at a firm that averaged roughly 120 sign ups and 900k in settlements monthly. Three months after beginning with this firm and a month after being licensed I was named Managing Attorney of the Personal Injury Department. My first month managing, my department hit their goal of 885k in settlements; it had only been done once in the three prior years to my taking over. During my year as Managing Attorney we met and exceeded the goal all 12 months and collected roughly 4.4 million in settlements more than 2012 and 4.7 million more than 2011.  This was done by developing a culture among employees where we truly cared about our clients and were attentive to their needs.  . Following this firm, I partnered with a phenominal attorney and friend of mine and then years later, in 2015, I started Thomas Legal, PLLC and have been helping hundreds of injured or wrong Texans since.
