Matthew Hancock has been my lawyer for several years. For the most part he was my property manager for a piece of property we have in Fort Worth, Texas. Matthew was an excellent manager of our property and we never had a problem that he didn't take care of in advance. Because of his outstanding selec...tion and renter interview process we never had a late payment or any damage to our property during his tenure as manager. Several years ago we took the property off the rental market but retained Matthew's services in other legal matters relating to family law. Most recently, we received a tax assessment from the Tarrant Appraisal District TAD) that was outrageous. Matthew was called and he resesented us in a tax hearing. The final result was that TAD reduced our taxes from the previous yeas assessment to a point that was lower than re have received in several years.
