Great Attorney
I hired Lewis when I was purchasing my Preschool. Lewis wrote the asset purchase agreement and reviewed all relevant contracts. He also did all the work on getting my company incorporated. He was always quick to respond to all questions and instilled confidence in me regarding the purchase. His advice was always on the mark. Lewis is always professional and can be trusted to keep his clients best interest as the top priority. I will use Lewis again on future acquisitions.

Didn't seem interested
Hired Mr. Schwartz paid my money. During our consultation, I was bewildered that he did not want to hear the whole story up front about all the issues I had. As I was explaining to him he would stop me and say that's for later down the line. I also noticed he dozed off. He spoke to the opposing attorney a time or two. One day he called said he had a conversation with opposing, she told him her client (the defendant) said I was harassing him with text and phone calls. So untrue but he sided with them and chewed me out. I asked him to get copies of the text messages and prove to me I did this. He did not ask for proof. He believed them and not his own client. I could not believe this. He also seemed grouchy all the time. I ended up going with another attorney. He is nice, but may be getting close to retirement.
