From the first time I spoke with mister Alband he was very respectful, no judgment. He and miss Salwa were very kind to me. Two of the best people I’ve ever met. I am 44 years old getting arrested for the first time in my life, falsely accused, confused, fortunately stumbled upon Attorney Navid Alband. Attorney Navid and the very courteous, kind and non judgemental office staff which includes Louann, worked with me through this long process where patience is ...a virtue. Was never over promised, no false hopes. Just a bit of advice for any body that goes thru the criminal defense process, be ready to be patient and don't think Navid is not listening when the process takes time because the odds are its the system itself where attorneys have no control over. In my case the end result was a NOT GUILTY verdict by a jury. Navid in my case, felt like a guardian angel i met in an unexpected moment in my life, who listened to me, believed me and came thru for me.

Recently, our family needed the services of a criminal attorney. I called several law firms and all I was told was that someone would get back to me. Attorney Navid responded to my inquiry within fifteen minutes. By the time most law firms answered my inquiry, the Alband law firm was already half way... done with our case. Navid walked us through the whole process and was available to speak to us whenever we had questions. He worked on our case and kept us informed even while he was away on a trip! When I had to leave on a trip, which had been previously planned, Navid and his staff kept in close contact with my daughter who needed all the support! I am sooo grateful for all the support they offered and will highly recommend their services!

I was appointed Navid for a white collar crime that I really didn't do. I was on parole and so obviously had priors. Mr. Alband's strategy was genius and went above and beyond what I've ever witnessed even privately hired attorney's do. He called my mom to go to the GRAND JURY HEARING!!! as a chara...cter witness for me and against the actual perpetrator of the crime. The charge was No Billed. Never before nor since have I heard of a defense attorney (especially an appointed attorney) go so far above and beyond what is considered "acceptable" in that community. I am hoping to hire him again for an over inflated charge trumped up by the Police State that is Tarrant County and am hoping he takes payments...
