I am 44 years old getting arrested for the first time in my life, falsely accused, confused, fortunately stumbled upon Attorney Navid Alband. Attorney Navid and the very courteous, kind and non judgemental office staff which includes Louann, worked with me through this long process where patience is ...a virtue. First I want to say that Navid Alband is not what you expect a lawyer to be. He is kind, intelligent, patient and caring. There aren't enough words to explain what an extraordinary man he is. The act ended badly and she was arrested. This occured in a county close to Ft. Worth. The county sheriff investigator decided she was guilty as soon as he was on the scene. While she was in jail, her father had an encounter with a TV news reporter from Ft. Worth. She was not requesting an interview.She referred him to Navid Alband. I believe God was involved in that meeting. Navid is an excellent lawyer with extensive understanding of the law. After my daughter got out of jail, Navid and a professional forensics person came to her house and did a thorough investigation of the crime scene. My daughter requested to be able to view and read and review all the records. Navid allowed my daughter and I to go to his office over several days. She found a lot of conflicting evidence admitted by the county. We then had a meeting with Navid to discuss her findings. He met with the DA and the ADA many times to get this case taken care of.
