Kendall Lloyd Goetz

Kendall Goetz was honest and told me what she could do for me from the start.  All terms where clearly spelled out and all questions answered prior to her requiring a retainer. The goals she helped me set were realistic and to the point. She and her staff promptly answered emails and phone calls. S...taff is friendly, knowledgeable and easily accessible. She was familiar with the area’s family law court judges and comfortable communicating with the other attorneys and the judge in my court. In court, she was extremely prepared and outworked the other attorney. This made me feel good since I was fighting for custody of my children. I always left court feeling better about my case than when I arrived. Her predictions where accurate. Everything she predicted came to pass exactly as she had anticipated.  She gave me helpful tips on how to handle situations. Her solid advice kept me from making bad decisions during an emotional time. The case was settled fairly close to the agreed-upon timeframe. When delays occurred, it was always due to the other side. Kendall and her staff did an outstanding job of keeping me up to date on when and why delays occured and what the new expected timeframe would be. I would recomend Kendall to anyone going through a tough divorce.

I was reading a review on Ms. Goetz, and I have no idea what planet this guy came from. I have been a client for over the last three years, and my experience could not be more different. By background I was a CEO and CFO’s of two SEC 500 companies. I have dealt with the best attorneys and most pre...stigious law firms in the country. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been referred to Ms. Goetz by one of the top marriage counselors in the DFW area. Anyone who has been through this experience knows it is physically and emotionally draining. Ms. Goetz was not only only a great attorney but a great counselor. She was tough, on everyone including me. I can’t tell you how many times she kept me from doing stupid things. My favorite comments were “only one of us can be the attorney” and “this is your divorce.” When it came to fees, there were numerous times when I would say “please bill me.” Many months would pass, obviously fees were the last thing on her mind. When I asked my friends what I paid, the response was three to five times higher than I paid. If you are in the situation I was in, you will not to better than Ms. Goetz. I hope I never have to use her again, but if I do, I know who I am going to call. Thanks Kendall, you are the best.
