Jason C.N. Smith was born and raised in Tarrant County.
Jason has dedicated his career to making sure that families who are trying to play by the rules and do the next right thing get justice. Time after time, Jason has taken on the big guys and won.
Jason graduated with honors from law school, clerked for Justice Jack Hightower on the Texas Supreme Court, and investigated and sued insurance companies as an Assistant Texas Attorney General, where he obtained the largest restitution settlement in the history of the office in a case against State Farm.
Upon returning home, Jason won the first sexual harassment case in Tarrant County.
Every day, Jason gets up with a passion to hold corporate America and government accountable on behalf of his clients who stand up. Jason has obtained significant verdicts and settlements against Union Pacific, the City of Fort Worth and the Star Telegram, as well as other Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities.
Jason fights for the underdog, but fights for the real dog too. At the behest of his dogs, Jason led the effort to establish Fort Woof Dog Park in Fort Worth. Jason also established the Fort Worth Dog Park Association, which educates Fort Woof users and and raises donations for park improvements.
