Christopher Patrick Heise

My ex-wife would not let me see kids. Over and over she would deny my visitation, for about three years. We had visitation orders in place. she did not care. She had me arrested on trumped up charges, and reported me to CPS. Mr. Heise represented me. The Heise firm got me my visitation back. My... ex-wife got sentenced to jail for keeping my kids away from me. I will probably be paying off my bill until retirement, but getting to see my kids is worth it. I am very happy. I guess spending some time in jail, helped change her mind. She still does not like me, but at least I get to see my kids. Nobody likes to have to do something like this, I mean it is your kids mother, but at some point you have to enforce your rights.

Christopher Heise and Heise Lawfirm did a great job on my divorce. I was married for twennyeight years. I did not want to get a divorce. My husband moved out, and I was very upset. He bought all new furniture when he moved out. I did not know where to turn, and my husband had paid all the bills ...since I was disabled. Christopher got me my day in court. I got to sit up and tell the judge why I deserved to have the house, and what damage my husbands unfaithfulness had to our marriage. It was very hard to do, but I felt better that I no longer had to hide my shame, and embarrasment. I ran up there every month, and paid my bill because I wanted to keep him on my side! My ex went through several lawyers.

I took a big chance with this guy because I had paid other lawyers and did not get a fair deal from my prior criminal attorney. Christopher Heise and Karen and the staff helped keep my job while I kept getting yanked around on probation. Its SO scary when something stupid happens to you - they w...alked me through every bit - step by step! They try to protect you as a client, and talk to you as a person...they care, and take it personal. Nobody likes need one, but if you do, I would recommend Mr. Hiese

My last lawyer messed up my divorce. The house was awarded to me in my divorce. The decree was strangely worded, where it sounded like if I did not sign over the title to her car, that I had to forfeit the home and sell it, and split the money with my ex. My ex left the car for several years in my... driveway, while working overseas. i was just doing a favor, and storing the car! When she came back she expected me to put the house up for sale and give her half! HOW IS THAT FAIR?!?!? i had been making all the payments for years, and the house is in a trendy area, and is now worth several times what it was. Chris got the whole thing worked out for me! great job

My husband and I hired Mr. Heise to do our estate planning work. I liked the no nonsense way he worked with us. He said down with us, and basically made a grid of the estate planning documents, how much each would cost, and then deisgnated what order he suggested we buy them in, in case we could not... afford all them at one time. I liked the "no haggle" pricing. We have also used him on a few other family issues. I gave him only four stars because we had to wait several days before we could get an opening in his schedule. otherwise, like i said, we have used him for other stuff too.
