Mr. Heise did a very good job on my case. We were all very anxious about the adoption. It was a little stop and start in the beginning, but once I figured out that it was better to make an appointment, rather than just stopping by their office, it was much smoother. I like that they mailed me copi...es of everything that got filed in teh case, so I always knew exactly what stage my case was in.

My last lawyer messed up my divorce. The house was awarded to me in my divorce. The decree was strangely worded, where it sounded like if I did not sign over the title to her car, that I had to forfeit the home and sell it, and split the money with my ex. My ex left the car for several years in my... driveway, while working overseas. i was just doing a favor, and storing the car! When she came back she expected me to put the house up for sale and give her half! HOW IS THAT FAIR?!?!? i had been making all the payments for years, and the house is in a trendy area, and is now worth several times what it was. Chris got the whole thing worked out for me! great job

I did hire Mr. Heise to represent me. I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid him over 1,ooo dollars to file a case for me in small claims court. After I paid him...he never filed the claim. All I ever got was the run around from his paralegal. After many attempts to contact him went unanswe...red..over 17 months of trying to reach him and see why case was never filed. I sent him registered letters, emails, phone calls etc. NEVER returned any of my attempts to contact him. Had a hard time getting my file back as well. I believe that this is totally unacceptable...he was too represent me and we had a contract. He just took my money...once he had over a thousand dollars...he never ever contacted me again. I am following up with grievances...
