Christopher Patrick Heise

My husband and I hired Mr. Heise to do our estate planning work. I liked the no nonsense way he worked with us. He said down with us, and basically made a grid of the estate planning documents, how much each would cost, and then deisgnated what order he suggested we buy them in, in case we could not... afford all them at one time. I liked the "no haggle" pricing. We have also used him on a few other family issues. I gave him only four stars because we had to wait several days before we could get an opening in his schedule. otherwise, like i said, we have used him for other stuff too.

Hired Mr. Heise to represent m e in divorce and custody matter. He and his staff became a part of my family and did everything in their power to advocate for me and my children, even to the point of midnight calls on the cell phone during stressful situation. Got everything I asked for and actually ...a little more than expected. I appreciate all of the hard work for me and my kids.

I did hire Mr. Heise to represent me. I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid him over 1,ooo dollars to file a case for me in small claims court. After I paid him...he never filed the claim. All I ever got was the run around from his paralegal. After many attempts to contact him went unanswe...red..over 17 months of trying to reach him and see why case was never filed. I sent him registered letters, emails, phone calls etc. NEVER returned any of my attempts to contact him. Had a hard time getting my file back as well. I believe that this is totally unacceptable...he was too represent me and we had a contract. He just took my money...once he had over a thousand dollars...he never ever contacted me again. I am following up with grievances...
