Defending the individual against the might and resources of the government is my passion and my calling. There are far too many criminal laws on the books and, as a result, we basically live in a police state. I believe very strongly in the vision of our founding fathers, notably Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, that the government should be subservient to the people, not the other way around. This is why I proudly oppose the government at each and every turn when it seeks to take away my clients' freedom, reputation, or even life.
I invite you to visit my website, learn about me and my approach to defending your case, and see and hear some of my my media appearances. You should always have a good, solid gut feeling about whether a lawyer is right for you. I look forward to speaking with you, and helping you through what I understand is a very dark time. I will help you carry your burden, and we will seek the right outcome in your case together.

The Best
Brian Bouffard represented me in a military case. My case was extremely complex and owe my life to him. After an article 32 hearing the case was dropped and his performance in the hearing was simply amazing. Everyone was in awe and couldn't of asked for a better lawyer to represent my innocence and r...

BRIAN BOUFFARD IS A IMPRESSIVE AND BRILLIANT ATTORNEY
Brian Bouffard defended my son in a criminal case approximately 2 years ago, after having been highly recommended by another attorney whom I greatly trusted. He was absolutely incredible in my son's defense with an amazing trial presence against the DA, who was literally blown out of the water and e...
"Brian is an excellent lawyer. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a military defense lawyer. You can tell when someone truly loves his job - his service speaks for itself."
"Brian is a passionate defense attorney who fights hard for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly evaluates every case. He finds weakness in the State's case to battle against the prosecutor, whether in negotiations or trial. He is well respected by the prosecutors, fellow defense attorneys and the judges in Tarrant County. He is a warrior."
"Every lawyer who knows Brian thinks the same thing: Do I practice law at his level? Brian doesn't just know the law, he shapes it with his legal work and his input to the entire legal community."
"Almost nobody is more enthusiastic about a court fight than Brian Bouffard. He loves it! He makes prosecutors cringe because he has all day to take their case apart. I've seen him in action and it works. I endorse this lawyer!"
"I have known and worked with Brian on courts-martial defense cases since 2010. Unquestionably, Brian is an keen trial strategist and a brilliant trial lawyer. So much so that our law firm routinely refers military clients to Brian. We do this because he is passionate about defending those who defend America, isn't scared to take even the toughest matter to trial and routinely wins the unwinnable cases. Brain is truly in the upper echelon of the elite community that have dedicated their practice to defending military service members around the world who have been charged with serious offenses under the UCMJ."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. Brian Bouffard is both tenacious and relentless in his pursuit of justice. He has a high reputation as an outstanding trial lawyer in both Military and Texas criminal courts."
"I knew of Brian and his reputation as a fearless, smart advocate before I even met him. Among criminal defense and military attorneys, you would be hard-pressed to find someone better."
"I endorse this lawyer.I met him when he was a prosecutor and was very impressed. Later, we worked together defending cases. He is smart, diligent and well spoken. He has earned the respect of judges and other lawyers. He is a fine lawyer who can be trusted to do the job effectively and is easy to work with. Anyone is well served by his representation."
"I highly recommend Mr. Bouffard. His knowledge of criminal law is second to none and he zealously fights for his clients and their best interest."
"I worked with Brian for several years and have known him for over a decade. Brian is an exceptionally bright, creative, determined, and effective advocate for his clients. Enthusiastically recommended and endorsed for any and all criminal and military law matters!"
"I first met Brian over 12 years ago when we were trial advocates on active duty. Brian was an "old salt" when I checked in as a new Marine judge advocate and I quickly learned that his reputation as the most respected defense counsel on base was well-deserved. He is a highly experienced military justice practitioner, a superb trial advocate and totally committed to his clients. He was highly regarded both by the prosecutors and the judges he practiced before. With Brian as your counsel, you can rest assured you are receiving some of the best representation available!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian established a legendary reputation as a defense lawyer. He had a string of trial victories where we both previously worked that remains untouchable."
