About Brian
Biography
Defending the individual against the might and resources of the government is my passion and my calling. There are far too many criminal laws on the books and, as a result, we basically live in a police state. I believe very strongly in the vision of our founding fathers, notably Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, that the government should be subservient to the people, not the other way around. This is why I proudly oppose the government at each and every turn when it seeks to take away my clients' freedom, reputation, or even life.
