Great law office

The law office of Virginia Carter handled my case very well. Not only were all of charges dismissed, she took care of business in a timely manner. I give this law office 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!!

Phenomenal attorney!!

Virginia Carter is by far the most capable and intelligent person I've ever met. She's honest, no nonsense, friendly and always responds quickly to emails. She knows the legal system from both sides, defense and prosecution. She's helping our son and I have total 110% faith in her abilities.

BEST DWI LAWYER

Virginia has not only helped me once or twice, but multiple times. And yes, it might not always come out in our favor, but it’s always the best possible outcome I could get. She goes out of her way to make sure you have your sh*t together and ready and will advice you, but also let you choose your ul...timate decision, and then advice that also. Easy to talk to, super friendly but gets down to business. A lot of attorneys will tell you, “Oh, that’s a typical text book dismissal case.. I could’ve gotten that dismissed”... well, sorry to tell ya folks, that’s a LIE. Some get lucky and some don’t. But some of us, get lawyers like Virginia, who will tell you straight up what she thinks. If you take it trial it could possibly get dismissed, or it could possibly not. At the end of it, she gives her advice and I chose from there, and the verdict never ever turned out to be a complete failure, it was always a success. Yeah, she’s a little expensive. But you pay for what you get. And you’ll get the best

None better in my opinion

My wife and I hired Virginia last year to represent our teenage daughter after a little incident with the law. Virginia went over and above to provide, not only the best defense, but spent time with her explaining how important it is that this is her one and only mistake. Her fee was more than reas...onable; especially for the service she provided. You will not find better representation.

Best attorney DFW has to offer! She got my charges removed ASAP! The entire process was so quick and easy. She did a terrific job with removing my charges.
